I write about the idea of having a student common room, when not in class schedule.

In my opinion I must say that is an excellent idea, because some days we have a lot of free time between classes and we need a comfortable space where we can share with our friends and take a break.
I'm not sure but I think in the University who have unused rooms and well could be remodeled so that we can use them.

I think the room should have large windows, also this rooms will have tables and chairs and for the winter so air conditioning will be warmer there. the room can also have television, radio, computers and books related to our career.

Child Abuse

Nowaday we can see the tremendous growth that has been child abuse, not only pornography, but also the prostituion of children in different parts of the world, especially in the poorest countries.
Chile not far from these men and disgusting unscrupulous who abuse children, a few years ago all of Chile saw the news of a famous and prestigious businessman who was accused of being pedofilo your name is on the disc: digital Spiniak who is serving his sentence in the jail.

Companies like VTR in Chile have developed programs to combat these sick men, Unicef also this is a global organization that fights child abuse. Patrick Kinlin

Patrick Kinlin went to canada and started a bussiness, but he was arrested for fraud.
His company, Kinlin Financial Services was stealing money and the people didn't know.
after that, pratrick spent the money on fast cars, boats, clothes, expensive meals, houses, travelling, and women. He married at least five times. He used false financial documents to convince his clients that their money was safe.
however, Patrick was in jail. The police officer who arrested him was angry because he said that patrick even in jail he dont paid all the money that he stole.
But Patrick didn’t try to escape. He stayed in Canada. he died of heart disease in the prison hospital in Kingston, Ontario.
other prisioners were suspected of trying to defraud the Canadian government by getting false identification on the Internet and using it to apply for old-age pension cheques. The police believed the prisoners were picking up the cheques while they were out of jail on day parole and depositing them in false bank accounts.

WEATHER NATURAL DISASTER.

When a I was 10 years old there was a very rough Winter and my family had to work. The news announced that in santiago will rain. then the minister of education announced that the schools don't have classes. After 10 minutes, all the city was covered of water, people tried to cross the street with boats and bicycles, in the south, the people couldn't work because the roads were covered with water. I felt very happy because I didn't go to the school, but in the same time i felt worried because my family still no gone back home. After 8 hours, my family arrived and i was very happy of them, because I was nervous of the situation of the country. After that, my family made sopaipilla ( chilean food) and we went to the bed.

What can ordinary people do to help in the fight against crime?

Now people have had to learn to take care of their things, like wallets, purses, notebook, their homes and cars this is because crime has increased by more than 70%, the people go out to restaurants, pubs or cinema but fearing that the assault and are afraid not only that but to harm them or kill them and beat them.

There are places in Santiago as a center where they are dangerous criminals are Peruvian and Chilean dedicated only to steal things to people who go out to buy or eat any restaurant, I myself was a victim of these criminals when they steal my cellphone on the subway, in this moment I felt a lot of angry and helplessness because nobody did anything because people were afraid of these criminals, this criminals never walk alone because they are gangs who carry knives or guns.

Is important for people to walk with care when for example having to pay bills or go with friends or girlfriends, not to show the wallet wiht credit cars or money, is dangerous answer cellphone when you are walking in the street, it is important that women don't wear rings, earrings, because it is what most criminals steal. in the case of houses is important to have a good alarm system for him to be calmer in the case of cars must have alarms but in my opinion is important to have a good team where you live, have good communication and relationships with their neighbors to each other and so we can help rid the streets these guys. Another important point is that in each commune and police also have rooms in the streets more dangerous for a walk so we can effectively without fear that assail us.
