In my opinion I must say that is an excellent idea, because some days we have a lot of free time between classes and we need a comfortable space where we can share with our friends and take a break.
I'm not sure but I think in the University who have unused rooms and well could be remodeled so that we can use them.

I think the room should have large windows, also this rooms will have tables and chairs and for the winter so air conditioning will be warmer there. the room can also have television, radio, computers and books related to our career.

Nowaday we can see the tremendous growth that has been child abuse, not only pornography, but also the prostituion of children in different parts of the world, especially in the poorest countries.
Chile not far from these men and disgusting unscrupulous who abuse children, a few years ago all of Chile saw the news of a famous and prestigious businessman who was accused of being pedofilo your name is on the disc: digital Spiniak who is serving his sentence in the jail.

Patrick Kinlin went to canada and started a bussiness, but he was arrested for fraud.
His company, Kinlin Financial Services was stealing money and the people didn't know.

WEATHER NATURAL DISASTER.

When a I was 10 years old there was a very rough Winter and my family had to work. The news announced that in santiago will rain. then the minister of education announced that the schools don't have classes. After 10 minutes, all the city was covered of water, people tried to cross the street with boats and bicycles, in the south, the people couldn't work because the roads were covered with water. I felt very happy because I didn't go to the school, but in the same time i felt worried because my family still no gone back home. After 8 hours, my family arrived and i was very happy of them, because I was nervous of the situation of the country. After that, my family made sopaipilla ( chilean food) and we went to the bed.

What can ordinary people do to help in the fight against crime?

Now people have had to learn to take care of their things, like wallets, purses, notebook, their homes and cars this is because crime has increased by more than 70%, the people go out to restaurants, pubs or cinema but fearing that the assault and are afraid not only that but to harm them or kill them and beat them.

There are places in Santiago as a center where they are dangerous criminals are Peruvian and Chilean dedicated only to steal things to people who go out to buy or eat any restaurant, I myself was a victim of these criminals when they steal my cellphone on the subway, in this moment I felt a lot of angry and helplessness because nobody did anything because people were afraid of these criminals, this criminals never walk alone because they are gangs who carry knives or guns.

Is important for people to walk with care when for example having to pay bills or go with friends or girlfriends, not to show the wallet wiht credit cars or money, is dangerous answer cellphone when you are walking in the street, it is important that women don't wear rings, earrings, because it is what most criminals steal. in the case of houses is important to have a good alarm system for him to be calmer in the case of cars must have alarms but in my opinion is important to have a good team where you live, have good communication and relationships with their neighbors to each other and so we can help rid the streets these guys. I'm writing to you to express my satisfaction to win this competition and Im very happy with this situation. I go there with my family because they need a rest.

I would like to travel on july because I have to work on june because I'm working in a office and I have a lot of work to do. Obviously july is perfect for me because are my holidays.

For the accommodation, I prefer the log cabins because I don't like the mosquitos for the reason that are too noisy and I cant sleep at night. Also the log cabins are cool and you are close to the nature.

informal letter " fiestas patrias"

Dear Bryan,

Sorry its taken me so long to write, but as you know i've been decorating the apartment. In fact, I finished the thursday because I'm preparing for the fiestas patrias. Every september 18th my family commemorate the glory of the soldiers of Chile. The story is so long because Chile in 1918 signed their independence.

Also, the people of Chile built a traditional place called "fonda" that is a place that you can go with your family or friends and you can eat empanadas and drink "chicha"( a drink made of apple or grapes), but the best thing of the fonda is that you can dance "cueca" all night.

This celebration also have the parada militar, is when the soldiers march to the city and the poeple watch them. But the funniest thing of this celebration are the drunk people because they do things that you have never seen before like dance cumbia or talk about things that make no sense.

Anyway, this celebration for me is very special because I eat a lot of food but the most important thing is that I stay with my family and friends.

the best way to travel in santiago

the best way to travel in Santiago for me is the subway because the subway is connected with all the places, for example: I go to the university every day and I have two options the first one is using the bus and then the subway because I take the bus in "San Pablo street" then I get off in "Quinta Normal" and then I take the subway and I combine in the linea 1 in "Baquedano" after that I get off in "Pedro De Valdivia station". this voyage takes me 40 minutes. But the second one consist in take the bus in San Pablo and get off in "San Pablo station" after that I take the train and I get off in Pedro De Valdivia. However, this voyage takes me 1 hour and for me is very complicated.

Another alternative is the bicycle because the bicycle not contaminate the air and you can do exercises in your legs, also you can see all the places of santiago like cerro Santa Lucia, San Cristobal, Parque Forestal, Mim, Parque bicentenario. But the bicycle you have to use it in the winter because in summer the air is very dangerous and probably you can suffer a heart attack.

Anyway, the subway and the bicycle are the best way to travel in Santiago because is cheaper and you can save some money.

positive and negative effects of tourism

the positive effects of tourism are the earnings , because the tourists buy a lot of things like gadgets, clothes and food. for example in Chile there are beautiful places to visit and spend like cordillera de los andes, the city of sewell, valle de la luna and the torres del paine.



Also other effects of tourism is that you can change cultures with other people for example: a english man visit temuco and he find mapuche people who are good people and friendly.



but you have the negative side of tourism. one of the causes are the terrorism, because countries like Israel, Haiti, Colombia and Pakistan are very dangerous for you. if you are catholic in pakistan for example you will be murdered because they believe in ala and not in god.

When I read the two stories I saw that are very different because in the story of my pattner is about a man who has problems in the island because he needed a ferry to go to the other part and he went on a boat that was very expensive. But my story is about a woman who went to madagascar and learned a new language and explain the funny the situation that happen to her. also she explain the miserable contiton of the children of madagascar.

If I could choose a place to go definitely would choose the Caribbean. Because in the Caribbean can have bad luck like paying more money for a boat, but the place is beautiful and you have the beach, ocean views and parties at night.

In conclusion I prefer the beach for a lot of reasons but the principal reason is that you can rest with your girlfriend and you can drink a delicious caipirinha.

In our days living in the countryside is becoming a common phenomenon.For me that I went to the south of chile for more of 2 years and I had a great experience.

Of course this way of living has some negative and positive sides. one of the advantages of living in the contryside is the fresh air because the sky is so blue and you breathe oxygen not pollution. Also the country side offers something new; you're closer to nature and it seems as if you're always on a vacation with the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. But the best thing of living in the cuntryside that is a place where you don't have to lock your car or even your front door and there are no crimes.

Although living in the countryside have Disadvantages like for example the technology. living in the country can be difficult for the children because they get to the school is a problem because the school is miles away. but the principal disadvantage of living the countryside is that is a place very boring, because there are not places to have fun.

Last sunday while my friends and I were filming a shorcut
about a woman who has flashbacks in her mind, a person shouted things
againts us. Suddenly a thin and bald man with hat appeared in front of us
saying that we were doing a great job.

After that, he asked: what are you filming?. So, we answered: a
shortcut. In that moment he looks very happy and he suggested
a great idea. The idea consisted that he plays a priest and we film
that scene in a square.

We went to the square and we film the scene, was very funny because
the scene was so real that we were shocked. When the scene was finished,
I spoke with him and I asked his name. His name was jorge and he told me
a lot of things, he worked in a company of glasses and he had four children.
I didnt believe anything what he was saying. He looked me with his brown
eyes and he pick a photo of his pocket and he showed to me the photo,
in the photo were his children and he started to cry. I said to him
don't worry your children are ok. His wrinkles were marked more and more
and he said to me: thanks, you are a good man.

Finally, we had finished the shortcut, also thanks to him that helped to us with

I never saw him again. I met a person with a great talent and sense of humour

"THE BIG SURPRISE"

It was a cold april day. My father and I had just been to the house of my grandmother and when we came out, we saw a carnival. the sound was fantastic because the musicians played a lot of songs, like: ghostbuster, jaws, indiana jones and star wars.

After that, we went to the restaurant called "gyros pizzza". we were eating a big pizza with double cheese when my father received a call from my mother, I couldn't hear anything because my father spoke very low. I asked him what happened? but he didn't say anything and we went home.

After we had been walking for nearly an hour, we caught a taxi and we went home. We were arriving home when I saw my mother with a cake singing happy birthday. In that moment, I felt many emotions like the joy of being in family. it was amazing for me.

Definitely Has been the best day of my life and I will never forget that day.

this movie is absolutely funny because is a teen comedy who talks about four guys who try to go to the concert of KISS. the plot is about of four guys who escape to the school and they go to Detroit to see kiss, because they are fans of this band and they have a band called "mystery" in honor of his favorite band. well they have a lot of funny situations, like when one of this guys have to dance in a bar of ladies,he dance so stupid and he vomit in a glass. the principal problem of this guys is when they have fifteen minutes to buy a ticket and they have to do everything to buy it. At the end, they have the tickets and see "KISS" in a long night of rock & roll.

this movie a like it, because talks about the friendship between friends also the funny scenes in this movie are so amazing that I was laughing all night. the cast of this movie are not very incredible,because these actors are not very famous.but it doesn't matter because is a great film and you have to watch it.

I am very happy that you come to Chile. Well you have to be careful because Santiago is a very dangerous city. Anyway you'll have fun here.

Well, is very difficult to get to my house, so when you arive to the airport you have to take a bus called "j 15" which will leave you in the subway, the station called "San Pablo".Sorry, also you have to buy a card called "BIP" is a great method of transport and you have to charge money, I think with 3000 pesos is ok. When yo have to take the subway, you down to station "Estacion Central" and you walk on Matucana street and my apartment is the "075".

I be there in front of the door,so don't worry. Santiago in winter is very cold, you have to wear hat and sweater,also trousers by the cold of the city. By the way, santiago is a very cheap city and you dont have to spend much money in things.

"The computer has greatly improve our lives today."

The computers are the principal tool of this century. you can watch tv, speak with people from different countries or work in the office,but also the computers have problems and disadvantages. however the computers are very important in our lives and they stay for a long time.

On the one hand they enable to use to communicate with people from different countries, you can watch videos on pages like "youtube". the people who frecuently spend more time on the computers are the teenagers beacuse they grow up in a environment of technology with cellphones, i-pod and computers. they view pages like facebook or fotolog. but they use a program called "msn" that is a program very useful to comunicate with your friends or people that you dont know. another advantage is that the new computers have devices like web cam incorporated,dvd reader and a lot of memory.

On the other hand the computers have a big problem of privacy because the programs are not perfect and people with bad intentions try to use your information to make bad things. another disadvantage is the virus on the internet, they cause damage in the system of the computer and the computer doesn't work. finally the computers have anti virus to protect your computer and they are safe.

In conclusion computers have improved many people's lives, because they change our lives and make the life more comfortable, but we need to be careful with it.
